Webmail access and configuration
Steps:
Log in at ,https://webmail.lbreeze.net/ or open the provided webmail URL from Email → Webmail.
- Sign in with your mailbox credentials.
- Configure signature, display name, and folders.
- Set filters for auto-organization (e.g., move newsletter to a folder).
Best practices:
- Use IMAP folders strategically: Inbox, Action, Waiting, Archive.
- Keep storage under quota; archive old mail periodically.
- Enable two-step verification if available.
Troubleshooting:
- If webmail is slow, check browser extensions; try another browser.
- If messages appear as spam for recipients, verify your domain’s SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
