Overview
You can create additional contacts or sub-accounts for team members, accountants, or technical staff. Each sub-account can have its own login and permissions, allowing you to delegate access securely.
Adding a new contact
- Log in to the lbreeze Client Area.
- Navigate to Account → Contacts/Sub-Accounts.
- Click Add New Contact.
- Enter the contact’s name, email address, and other required details.
Enabling sub-account access
- While editing the contact, enable the option Activate Sub-Account (or similar).
- Set a secure password for the sub-account.
- Select the permissions you want to grant, for example:
- View & pay invoices
- View and manage services
- Open and reply to support tickets
- View account emails
- Save the changes.
Configuring email notifications
You can choose which email types each contact receives, such as:
- Billing and invoice notifications
- Service and renewal notifications
- Support ticket updates
- General account notices
This allows you to route billing emails to your finance team and technical notifications to your engineers, while keeping overall account control with the main owner.
